Online Attendee Notes and Instructions
Thank you for participating in our meeting Online. Registrants who have registered to attend
on-line will receive an email the day of the meeting, containing the instructions for the meeting login, password, and contact
information in case you are having problems with On-Line attendance. We will be using WebEx meeting hosting services
for the conference. Some addition notes for On-Line attendees;
- You must register for the meeting before the conference to receive the online meeting password and final instructions
- Please refer to the posted meeting program for the times for each presentation
- All times are in Alaska Daylight Savings time
- If you are interested in a specific presentation, it is best to login before the presentation is scheduled to begin
- To the extend possible, we will run on the schedule in the meeting program
- On-Line Registrants will be able to submit questions for presenters and the panel session, though
just like the audience at the conference, we may not have time for all questions.
- Practice Session: to help online attendees get their computers setup for the conference, there will be a
test session for 30 minutes starting at 4:00pm Alaska daylight time. Someone will be available to help get attendees setup
for the conference.
- Online attendance at the conference on March 30 (Tuesday) will be begin at 8:15 am (Alaska daylight time).
Introductory slides will be shown until the time the conference opening starts.
